A Public Health Insurance Option would change many Premium costs and broaden Coverages under Health Insurance Policies. There is no doubt whatsoever about those changes that would occur if a Public Health Insurance Option is enacted into law. The debaters in the tussle over a Public Option have been so distracting, however, that they have obscured two other truths that are emerging from the entire debate of Healthcare Reform.
