Health Insurance Reform of Behavior: Bad Faith Conduct by ... Young?

   In a different viewpoint, the perceived shift from young persons in the age 18 to 26 cohort moving toward a position of purchasing Health Insurance Coverage and paying Health Insurance Premiums in the future, and moving away from their current position as a group of shunning Health Insurance Coverage and the Health Insurance Premiums that go with it, Kiplinger's Personal Finance offers this view:

People who can afford all kinds of insurance but choose to "go naked" are essentially thumbing their noses at their families and society.
