D&O's Disclose Finances? Fiduciary Flyball Out?

   Baseball Owners are batty about unauthorized financial disclosures.  It hurts Baseball, they think, to let fans known that the Pittsburgh Pirate owners are making money hand over fist with a depleted ballclub that loses, loses, loses on the field.  Fingers point not to the Wrigley outfield (with apologies to the Bambino), but to D&O Liability Insurance Carriers as stealing the signals of Owners' finances.  See Richard Sandomir, "Insurance Companies Focus of Investigation" p.
