ABA Takes Notice: "Bad Faith Within the Deductible: ..."

Wisconsin Court Sets Major Precedent."  A post published here on August 18, 2010 linked and analyzed the Wisconsin Supreme Court's landmark decision in Roehl Transport, Inc. v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. (Wis. 06.22.10).

   The Litigation News of the American Bar Association has taken published notice that the Wisconsin Supreme Court set a major precedent with its ruling in that case, that there can be an actionable Claim of Bad Faith Within the Deductible.  Effie D.
