Good Faith in Florida Mediations: The "Authority to Settle" Amendments.

     A previously posted article on Insurance Claims and Issues weblog on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 relates some of the more significant amendments in effect in 2012 to the Florida Mediation Rule, Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.720 (Download Florida Rules of Civil Procedure 2012 and see in particular pages 81 and 82 of the attached pdf from the Florida Bar website).
