Rutgers Law School has published the results to date of the ALI Restatement Project of the Law of Liability Insurance in the Rutgers University Law Review. The Review addresses all of the topics covered (no pun intended) by the Restatement Project so far, including a new four-part measure of the one-part insurance bad faith standard.
