"CRN":  ACRONYM OF THE CIVIL REMEDY NOTICE.

"CRN" means that a Civil Remedy Notice that an insurance bad faith claim is coming.  There is a session coming on that very topic at WIND 2016.

Again, what was said a while ago is just as true now:  No matter how much you know in life, there is always more to learn!
