Is This What You Mean by Bad Faith?

Talk about bad faith!

 
Seriously, although Mr. Kobach reportedly held regular "prayer and Bible study sessions in his office" when the traditional work day was over, he is not a defendant and he has called the fired former employee's lawsuit "ridiculous."  Currently, Mr. Kobach is the vice-chair of the federal government's appointed commission on voter fraud.
