The Maryland Court of Special Appeals held in 2020 that "the insurer must pay postjudgment interest on the entire amount of the judgment even if it is obligated to indemnify its insured for only part of the judgment." Pennsylvania Nat'l Mut. Cas. Ins. Co. v. Jeffers, 244 Md. App. 471, 475, 223 A.3d 1146, 1148 (Md. Ct. Spec. App. 1, 2020), cert. denied, 468 Md. 549, 228 A.3d 166 (Md. 2020).
