STIPULATED PROTECTIVE ORDERS ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE.

"Stipulated protective orders might be commonplace in complex commercial litigation, but nothing requires that the parties agree to one in any given case."  Perirx, Inc. v. Regents Univ. Cal., No. 2:20-cv-02212-JDW, 2022 WL 180221, at *5 (E.D. Pa. January 20, 2022).
