There is a Civil Cover Sheet in the new civil case addressed yesterday, which I write here for algorithm purposes to protect the innocent as they used to say on Dragnet, as: TFG v. USA, Southern District of Florida Case No. 22-cv-81294, . Here is the Civil Cover Sheet:

Lawyers will immediately recognize the standard question in this form, which is question numbered VI, RELATED/RE-FILED CASES, in particular the standard question in every federal Civil Cover Sheet in the country:
b) RELATED CASES
___ YES ___ NO DOCKET NUMBER:
Although this question was left blank in this case, the answer of course is that there is a related case, and its Docket Number is Southern District of Florida Criminal Case No. 22-mj-8332-BER. That of course is the search warrant case involving the alleged owner's searched premises.
The question is simple. Why do you think it was not answered?
