FEDERAL COURT PROCEDURES FOR ASSIGNING JUDGES TO CASES AFFECT OUTCOMES.

In Patterson v. Mahwah Bergen Retail Grp., Inc., No. 3:21cv167 (DJN), 2022 WL 4287200 (E.D. Va. Sept. 16, 2022) (adopting report and recommendation, with modification, after Federal Court Rules were amended governing assignment of Bankruptcy Judges), a U.S. District Judge recognized the effects of Federal Court Procedures for assigning judges to cases:  The Federal Court Procedures for assigning judges to cases affect outcomes.

How true.  This is so clear that we can even see this in today's headlines.
