If you're interested in the proceedings in any of the many lawsuits filed against the current regime that seems to have taken over Washington, D.C., you may not get much information about the cases from the popular press.
You can follow them yourself on PACER. If the court is a federal court, you can almost certainly find the docket and link to most of the pleadings on PACER. Then you will not have to depend on someone else telling you about the case; you can see for yourself what's going on.
All you need is the style, case number and name of the court. Here's one right off the bat. The complaint was filed the day he issued his executive order to take away civil service protections for federal workers. As of this writing, the case has naturally enough not progressed much beyond the filing of the Complaint and a few Notices of Appearance. Input in a way you can read, the case is National Treasury Employees Union v. Trump, No. 1:25-cv-00170 (United States District Court for the District of Columbia).
An interesting feature of this case is that the plaintiff's director is a woman and that two of the three lawyers signing the complaint are women (I could not find anything about the third lawyer). That means that a good deal of the courage on display since January 20th has been displayed for the nation by women.
Those who have ears to hear and eyes to see, let them hear and see.
P.S.
The U.S. District Judge assigned to the case is the Honorable Jia M. Cobb. She was appointed to the federal bench in 2021.
